Dr. Lizbeth Mendoza is a Certified Medical Interpreter (CMI-Spanish), physician, and medical educator with extensive experience in healthcare communication, interpreter training, and continuing education. She has presented professional development workshops for medical interpreters on advanced topics including Pharmacotherapy 101, Interpreting for the ED, and Self-care for Medical Interpreters. She has collaborated on innovative projects to assess and strengthen medical interpreters' performance, integrating clinical knowledge, language access expertise, and a strong commitment to high standards in healthcare interpreting.
